Double success for leading Cardiff neuroscientists
Two Cardiff University academics, both leaders in different aspects of neuroscience research, have received one of the leading honours in medical science.
Professor Alun Davies, of the University's School of Biosciences, and Professor Nick Craddock, of the School of Medicine, have been elected Fellows of the Academy of Medical Sciences.
The Academy is an independent body, representing the whole spectrum of medical science. Forty of the UK's leading doctors and medical researchers have been elected Fellows for excellence in medical science.

series focuses on a police detective who moves back to his old home town, only to discover that his childhood nemesis lives next door and the neighborhood is rife with buried
secrets.

Yet Motivation Is Up
While stress is up for small business owners, a recent survey conducted by DYMO, part of the Global Technology Business Unit of Newell Rubbermaid, indicates that business owners are more motivated than ever to reach their goals. Nearly one-in-three are more stressed at work than ever because they feel like they can't get everything done that needs to get done. On the flip side, 20 percent of SMB/SOHO executives say current businesses stressors have led to increased productivity.
